When we first began installing landscaping, our ultimate goal was never having to return to a completed job. By striving to accomplishing that goal it would ensure that our scope of work was done to an excellent standard. Should there ever be any concerns from our customers we offer the following landscaping service warranty.
-One (1) year warranty on irrigation parts and workmanship, excluding neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism or damage from ‘acts of God’.
-One (1) year warranty on nursery provided plant and tree stock that fails to survive one year from date of installation. Upon replanting, only nursery warranty will apply. Warranty is voided should plants not be properly maintained and irrigated.
-Three (3) month warranty on sod installation, allowing for proper water management and taking of root system. All sod installations includes a “starter fertilization” applied at time of install. Warranty voided due to neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism or damage from ‘acts of God’.
-All landscape construction shall carry a one (1) year warranty from date of installation on workmanship, excluding neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism, or damage from ‘acts of God’.
-Maple Leaf Landscaping does not claim responsibility for mold, fungus, or insect infestations and are free from liability for removal or cleanup of such occurrences.
-All material and parts shall be installed to industry standard. Any and all warranties on material, plant stock or workmanship shall be voided in cases of physical and/or chemical damage, neglect in proper watering, misuse, vandalism, pest control, ‘acts of God’ or on accounts over 30 days past due from the date of invoice.
